10-miler through Marathon Training

Are you training for an upcoming 10-miler or half marathon? Are you looking to run your first marathon or qualify for Boston this fall? If so, this is the perfect training program for you!

Runners participating in the program will receive the following:

  • An initial consult to discuss your current fitness level, prior running history and goal setting.
  • Detailed training schedule specific to your ability level and goals.
  • Twice weekly group coached workouts. Workouts may include interval, tempo, easy aerobic or hill training.
  • Educational materials and guest speakers on various running related topics such as nutrition, hydration, injury prevention,core strength and much more!

Upcoming Sessions:

Session II – April 19th – July 10th (12 week program $275 or $225 for TRS Run Club Members)

Session III – July 12th – October 30th (16 week program $345 or $295 for TRS Run Club Members)

Group workouts will be held on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM at Marsteller Middle School in Bristow and Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Saturday morning locations will rotate between various courses in Gainesville, Bristow, the Manassas Battlefield, the W&OD Trail and Burke Lake.
