We offer all kids in grades K-8 the opportunity to discover and enjoy the sport of running. Our focus is on learning proper technique in sprinting, distance running, and the jumps and throws. Track season is offered in the spring & summer, while cross country is offered in the fall.
Whether you have never run in your life, or are an accomplished runner looking to hit a new personal best time, our professional training programs are designed to help you meet your individual fitness goals.
The Adult Running Club is a community-based group of runners and walkers with a variety of backgrounds and abilities. We are a welcoming group and encourage runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages to join us for our regular runs.
